The Flower Shop - Ogden

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Some places sell a product. Some places leave a mark. The Flower Shop in Ogden is the second kind. Over time, this place has become more than just a stop in my day. It has become a place where people know my name, treat me with respect, and remind me that a little compassion can go a long way. The staff here doesn’t just see a customer walking through the door — they see a person. They take the time to listen, help, and make every visit feel like you’re dealing with people who truly care. In some of my hardest chapters, the kindness and professionalism I’ve found here have meant more than they probably realize. I’ve always believed loyalty is earned, not given. The Flower Shop has earned mine. The people here have helped me more times than they know, and I’m grateful for every conversation, every smile, and every moment of genuine respect. Five stars isn’t enough to describe the appreciation I have. Thank you for treating people like people and for being a bright spot in the Ogden community. Respectfully, Randy Omertà Smith Sonny Falcone | Phoenix Lovecraft A name rebuilt through loyalty, resilience, and second chances.

The customer service here was great. Trevor was a big help getting my pick order. He was quick and very efficient, he was also very helpful explaining the point system to me. Thank you so much Trevor for your assistance today

Have been coming to this location since they opened, and have always had great service. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and will go out of their way to ensure you get what you need! I wanted to specially thank Cole for helping me recently, I was in a bit of a conundrum but he was able to help out me out, alleviating any worries I had. Thanks again Cole!

I attempted to return or exchange a defective vape cartridge. The cartridge began leaking concentrate through the bottom connector, and over 90% of the contents were lost. I took photos during the process and brought the cartridge in, clearly showing the leakage from the bottom. Despite this, the “lead” refused to process a refund or exchange and instead offered only a 30% discount on a future purchase. I was also informed by their staff that they’ve been receiving multiple returns for this specific strain and cartridge, which makes the refusal even more concerning. I was informed that my return was denied because the cartridge was not at least 3/4 full. However, the reason it was not full is because it leaked due to a defect. Expecting it to still be 3/4 full after leaking is unreasonable. Additionally, your return policy does not state any requirement regarding the product needing to be 3/4 full or visibly leaking onto the packaging. Overall, being told I have to make another purchase to see any sort of accommodation is not ideal and no meaningful customer service was provided. The experience was frustrating and embarrassing. I am requesting that this issue be properly reviewed.
